About Us

Truman Middle School is proud to be a 2024 & 2019 National and State School of Character, 2015 National Blue Ribbon School and a 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Character Education Promising Practice recipient. Truman welcomes students from Crestwood, Long, and Sappington elementary schools for instruction in grades 6–8 and is currently undergoing renovations as part of Prop R construction, which will bring important upgrades to enhance security, comfort, and innovation throughout the building. Truman's teachers and staff continue to help students achieve their personal best, both academically and emotionally.
